Raise a glass to romance this February with a Saanich 75! We love using fabulous local products that we have close to home, and thus created the Saanich 75. This cocktail is refreshing and sweet, perfect for brunch or a pre-dinner celebration.
HOW TO MAKE:
- 1oz DeVine Genever Gin
- 1 tsp Country Bee Honey
- 1/2oz Lemon Juice
- Topped with your favourite pink sparkling cider – Ruby Rose, Cherry Lane or Sassamanash!
Combine gin, honey and lemon juice into cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into champagne flute. Top it off with your favourite pink sparkling cider and a lemon twist. Enjoy!
