In a chilled glass of your choice, add a scoop of your favourite vanilla ice cream or gelato. We used vanilla gelato from Mosi Bakery. Mix together 3/4cup strong brewed coffee (or 2 shots espresso) with 1oz Pomona. Pour coffee and Pomona mixture over ice cream and enjoy immediately. You can eat it with a spoon or wait for the ice cream to melt and enjoy it as a beverage.
