Sea Cider Wins Four Medals at Taste BC

For the 21st consecutive year, Liberty Wine Merchant Company hosted Taste BC at the Pan Pacific Hotel Vancouver on January 22nd. Over 500 guests were invited to indulged in the best from BC’s wineries, breweries, distilleries, cideries and food purveyors. Sea Cider was on hand sampling a number of our favourite ciders and participating in the Taste BC awards.

We’re ecstatic to report that Sea Cider took home an award for every cider we entered!

Our winter seasonal, Wassail, took home a Gold while our fruit forward prosecco style cider, King’s and Spies took home silver. Flagship, our German-style brut dry and Pippins, our New England style sharp cider walked away with bronze medals. It was a Sea Cider clean sweep of the podium!

Congratulations to Liberty Wines for running such an amazing long standing event and huge thanks for everyone coming out and sampling everything that BC has to offer.

We can’t wait for next year!
