Fantastico brings together the finest producers of wild fermented ales and cider from around BC for a tasting event that pairs them with artisan cheese and charcuterie. This leisurely all-day festival celebrates Belgian and French Farmhouse traditions bringing together unique funky and sour ales and ciders that all feature two essential ingredients that make them truly great: wild yeast and time.
