Join us at Sea Cider for a Pop-Up Raclette and bring your melted cheese experience to the next level with fantastic Cider pairing options!
Raclette is a typical dish from the Alps that consists in melted cheese over potatoes, cured meat, onions, pickles and bread. We serve this meal in the traditional way by heating up half a wheel of cheese, and scraping the melted part directly into your plate. This is a feast on melted cheese, and it’s quite the show!
